Neville Carvalho

Founder & Managing Director

Neville brings over 20 years of marketing, brand building and communication experience. He has a proven track record of advising reputed domestic and international companies and brands. His core competence is image and reputation management advisory. Neville has worked on both the ‘client’ side and the ‘agency’ side with expertise to create measurable business-oriented communication strategies. His experience spans across sectors including social & development sector, healthcare, retail, real-estate, education, financial, manufacturing, infrastructure, media, trade organizations, public sector, and government ministries and even start-ups. In his career Neville has advised and lead several business owners, C-suite executives, and international partners. Neville has also served 12 years as Co-Founder & Partner with PR firm Carmine Communications LLP and continues as a mentor and Strategic Communications Advisor.

Aloma Carvalho

Director - Operations

Aloma brings a wealth of people management skills to Isense PR, after a long stint as HR lead for some of India’s top companies. Interestingly, she made a switch to PR after sampling the profession and displaying extraordinary skills in media relations. Having undergone extensive training to refine her abilities as a PR professional, she easily leveraged years of experience in managing client relationships and a senior leadership position from her previous role, to transition into her current position as Director, Operations. At Isense PR she will manage teams, client relationships and senior-level media relations.
